DIY: RGB-SCART to VGA - Adapter - Circuit-Board
For example I want to connect my RGB modded ntsc-Atari 2600 to a VGA-TFT-Monitor. The Atari has a EURO-SCART output. For now, I use an SCART-to-HDMI converter (20€) and after this I use a HDMI-to-VGA (incl. audio) adapter (10€) to get the connection to the VGA-TFT-Monitor. In overall this converting-setup costs me about 30 €.

Um zu vermeiden, daß man die Boards schräg einlöten muss, könnte man auch THT-Elkos liegen einlöten und das Board an der Stelle ausschneiden (ist iirc auf dem DMG-Display Board so gemacht) oder man montiert die SMD-Elkos kopfüber in einer Ausfräsung, die genauso groß ist wie das schwarze Plastik, aber klein genug, daß der Elko an den Beinchen hängen bleibt.
